Hey, I'm Megan!
The girl behind Nomad Hair Design, dog mom, outdoor lover, and someone who's lucky enough to call doing hair her job.
Funny enough, I fell into the wedding industry by accident. I was working part time at a blow-dry bar when a bride walked in needing her wedding hair done. I remember the adrenaline of styling her hair, knowing how important that moment was, and the feeling I got when she saw the finished look. She was so happy, and I was absolutely hooked. Nearly 10 years later, here we are!
When I'm not spending my weekends with brides, you'll find me doing something outdoors, whether that's trying out a new hike, biking, or finding somewhere new to explore. I love traveling, a good hot yoga class, and taking my sweet lab Willow on walks. And when I'm not out and about? I'm probably curled up on the couch with my cat Zeus getting lost in a psychological thriller.
I'm a creative at heart, a bit of a perfectionist, and someone who genuinely loves getting to know people. One of my favorite parts of this job is hearing your stories, meeting the people you love most, and getting to be a tiny part of such a big moment in your life.
